Based on current travel to work patterns, we assess the number of ‘trips’ that arise from employment.
We deepen our analysis by working closely with Local Authorities and developers to understand travel mode allocations and inform planning.
Expert opinion suggests that 0.7 / 0.8 houses are required per job within a travel to work catchment area. We look closely at how that ratio applies locally.
We then use our employment data to support local housing stock planning.
